We strive to provide our players with a bug-free gameplay and this is why our specialists test the game on all possible levels. It guarantees that the items, units, in-game currency and other goods are added to the player's account appropriately and cannot disappear.
If you can't find the items that you earned, this article will provide you with an information on where to look for them.
A player can earn one Referral per day for logging into the game or purchase them with the Diamonds and IPs. The Referrals can be traded, sold and used for the Contract's negotiation.
Here you can find useful information about the Referrals and how a player can use them:
- When a player sells or exchanges the Referrals, he/she will not retain a copy.
- Referrals disappear upon negotiation of the Contract they were required for (if a player has more than one Referral of the same type, he/she will be able to sell/exchange them later).
- If a player uses the "Sell All Referrals" option in the Contracting Office, he/she will irreversibly sell all available Referrals.
- If a player extends an offer in the Logistics Exchange, the Referral will become unavailable for 3 days. In order to cancel the offer, a player has to open the Logistics Exchange - Convoys tab and click on the "Delete" button next to the offer in the "Loaded Convoys" section.
2. Reward Packs
Combine Missions are essential part of the game purpose of which is to reward players for team work.
A player can earn up to four Reward Packs during a single Mission, namely: Basic, Standard, Elite and Exclusive Packs. Reward Packs are stored in the Market > Special tab and can be opened during 72 hours from the moment when a player received them.
After 72 hours the Reward Pack expires and a player will not be able to open it anymore.
Make sure to open yours every day to maximize the rewards.
Unlike personal Quests and Tournaments, a player receives the Reward Packs not when the Mission ends, but at the moment when Combine fulfills requirements for each Pack. It means that you can open the Reward Packs when the Mission is still in progress. Often players are getting confused because when the Mission ends a list of unlocked Reward Packs is displayed again, even when a player has already opened all Packs. If you can't find the Reward Packs in the Market > Special tab, it means that you have already opened them earlier.
3. Tournament/Quest Rewards
Tournaments and Quests can provide a player with generous rewards, provided that he/she completes all requirements. Rewards that a player can receive for completing Quests and Tournaments can be divided into three subcategories:
- In-game currency
Items that are included in the rewards are stored in the Market (e.g. Resources are stored in the Market > Resources tab).
4. Daily Roll Call
A player receives his/her rewards for the Daily Roll Call program upon logging into the game.
It isn't obligatory to open the Daily Duty Roster tab to receive it.
