If you've accidentally made a payment in-game, you should contact Facebook directly. Unfortunately, due to the fact that all purchases go through the Facebook payment system, there is no way for Plarium to issue refunds.
If Facebook believes that you are eligible for a refund, any in-game currency previously credited to your balance for the payment in question will be deducted.
We advise strongly against using in-game currency that has been purchased accidentally, as this may affect your claim to a refund.
We may be able to issue refunds for accidental purchases. To apply for a refund, submit a support request and select "I have another payment question", followed by "Accidental Purchase".
if you have already used the in-game currency credited to your balance for the payment in question, we will be unable to issue a refund. Refunds for packs and special offers are examined on a case by case basis.
