If you see Black/White screen when logging into the game, it can be caused by:
Disabled Flash Player
Some browsers automatically block different plugins, which might affect the game's performance.
If your Flash Player is blocked, please check the corresponding instructions how to enable it:
Please note that you may need to add the website with the game to Adobe Flash Player exceptions
This situation might occur if you are not able to connect to our CDN server (the place where all the pictures are stored).
There are two possible solutions in this case.
1. Try installing Browsec:
- Open this website: Browsec
- Choose your browser and install the application (screenshot is below the instruction)
- Reload your browser after the installation is completed
- Try to run the game
2. Try changing your DNS settings.
If the option "Obtain DNS server address automatically" is checked please change it to "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168 (Google's DNS). If you have these parameters set to some different values (not automatically), try setting the "Obtain DNS server address automatically" first.
